   Düsseldorf, Germany, has notified us pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG that
   its percentage of voting rights in KHD Humboldt Wedag International AG,
   Cologne, Germany, fell below the thresholds of 30%, 25%, 20%, 15%, 10%, 5%
   and 3% on February 22, 2011, and amounted to 2.73% (1,356,700 voting
   rights) as per this date.

Of these voting rights, a total of 2.73% (1,356,700 voting rights) are to
be attributed to it via Lang & Schwarz Broker GmbH, Düsseldorf, Germany,
pursuant to section 22 (1) no. 1 WpHG.

1. On February 22, 2011 Lang & Schwarz Broker GmbH, Düsseldorf, Germany,
   has notified us pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG that its percentage of
   voting rights in KHD Humboldt Wedag International AG, Cologne, Germany,
   fell below the thresholds of 30%, 25%, 20%, 15%, 10%, 5% and 3% on February
   22, 2011, and amounted to 2.73% (1,356,700 voting rights) as per this date.
