according to Section 21 Paragraph 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on Deutsche Börse AG, Frankfurt am Main, Deutschland, ISIN:
DE0005810055, WKN: 581005, have fallen below the 5% threshold of the Voting
Rights on February 18, 2011 and on that day amounted to 4.99% (this
corresponds to 9724997 Voting Rights).
According to Section 22 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 No. 6 in connection with
sentence 2 of the WpHG, 4.99% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to
9724997 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company.
