    China, has notified us pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG that its percentage
    of voting rights in KHD Humboldt Wedag International AG, Cologne, Germany,
    reached and exceeded the thresholds of 3%, 5%, 10%, 15% and 20% on February
    22, 2011, and amounted to 20.0% (9,940,715 voting rights) as per this date.

Of these voting rights, a total of 20.0% (9,940,715 voting rights) are to
be attributed to it pursuant to section 22 (1) no. 1 WpHG via following
companies, whose percentage of voting rights in KHD Humboldt Wedag
International AG amounts to 3% or more:

2011, and amounted to 20.0% (9,940,715 voting rights) as per this date.

Of these voting rights, a total of 20.0% (9,940,715 voting rights) are to
be attributed to it pursuant to section 22 (1) no. 1 WpHG via Max Glory
Industries Limited, Hong Kong, China, whose percentage of voting rights in
KHD Humboldt Wedag International AG amounts to 3% or more.

    has notified us pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG that its percentage of
    voting rights in KHD Humboldt Wedag International AG, Cologne, Germany,
