Uns wurde mit Schreiben vom 23. Februar 2011 folgendes mitgeteilt:

1. FIL Holdings Limited, Hildenborough, Kent, England, UK gives notice
   pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG that:

On 21 February 2011 FIL Holdings Limited crossed above the threshold of 3%
of the voting rights in MTU Aero Engines Holding AG, Dachauer Street 665,
80995 Munich, Germany. On that date, FIL Holdings Limited held 3,02% of the
voting rights in MTU Aero Engines Holding AG arising from 1,572,077 voting
rights.
All voting rights in MTU Aero Engines Holding AG were attributed to FIL
Holdings Limited pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG in
connection with sent. 2 WpHG.

1. FIL Limited, Hamilton, Bermuda, gives notice pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1
   WpHG that:

On 21 February 2011 FIL Limited crossed above the threshold of 3% of the
voting rights in MTU Aero Engines Holding AG, Dachauer Street 665, 80995
Munich, Germany. On that date, FIL Limited held 3,02% of the voting rights
in MTU Aero Engines Holding AG arising from 1,572,077 voting rights.
All voting rights MTU Aero Engines Holding AG were attributed to FIL
Limited pursuant to sec. 22 para 1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG.

1. FIL Investments International, Hildenborough, Kent, England, UK gives
   notice pursuant to sec. 21 para 1 WpHG that:

On 21 February 2011 FIL Investments International crossed above the
threshold of 3% of the voting rights in MTU Aero Engines Holding AG,
Dachauer Street 665, 80995 Munich, Germany. On that date, FIL Investments
International held 3,02% of the voting rights in MTU Aero Engines Holding
AG arising from 1,572,077 voting rights.
All voting rights in MTU Aero Engines Holding AG were attributed to FIL
Investments International pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG.
