The Credit Suisse Fund Management S.A, Luxembourg, Luxembourg has informed
us on March 4, 2011, in accordance with section 21 (1) WpHG (German
Securities Trading Act) that its share in the voting rights of SÜSS
MicroTec AG, Garching, Germany, exceeded the 3% threshold on February 18,
2011 and now amounts to 3.35% (Amount of Shares: 627,435). 0.99% of the
voting rights (185,380 voting rights) are attributed to it in accordance
with section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 6 of the WpHG.
