1. On March 8, 2011, Mr Jan-Kees Berkhemer, the Netherlands, has notified
   us pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG that his percentage of voting rights in
   KHD Humboldt Wedag International AG, Cologne, Germany, exceeded the
   threshold of 3% on March 2, 2011, and amounted to 3.0594% (1,520,608 voting
   rights) as per this date. Of these voting rights, a total of 3.0589%
   (1,520,383 voting rights) are to be attributed to him pursuant to section
   22 (2) WpHG.

2. On March 8, 2011, Mr Patrick O'Sullivan Greene, Ireland, has notified us
   pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG that his percentage of voting rights in KHD
   Humboldt Wedag International AG, Cologne, Germany, exceeded the threshold
   of 3% on March 2, 2011, and amounted to 3.0594% (1,520,608 voting rights)
   as per this date. Of these voting rights, a total of 3.0549% (1,518,358
   voting rights) are to be attributed to him pursuant to section 22 (2) WpHG.

3. On March 8, 2011, Mr Anthony Bunker, Germany, has notified us pursuant
   to section 21 (1) WpHG that his percentage of voting rights in KHD Humboldt
   Wedag International AG, Cologne, Germany, exceeded the threshold of 3% on
   March 2, 2011, and amounted to 3.0594%
   (1,520,608 voting rights) as per this date. Of these voting rights, a total
   of 3.0501% (1,515,988 voting rights) are to be attributed to him pursuant
   to section 22 (2) WpHG.

4. On March 8, 2011, Mrs Giulia Nobili, Principality of Monaco, has
   notified us pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG that his percentage of voting
   rights in KHD Humboldt Wedag International AG, Cologne, Germany, exceeded
   the threshold of 3% on March 2, 2011, and amounted to 3.0594% (1,520,608
   voting rights) as per this date. Of these voting rights, a total of 2.9467%
   (1,464,608 voting rights) are to be attributed to her pursuant to section
   22 (2) WpHG.

5. On March 8, 2011, MP ADVISORS SA, Lugano, Switzerland, has notified us
   pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG that its percentage of voting rights in KHD
   Humboldt Wedag International AG, Cologne, Germany, exceeded the threshold
   of 3% on March 2, 2011, and amounted to 3.0594% (1,520,608 voting rights)
   as per this date. Of these voting rights, a total of 3.0544% (1,518,108
   voting rights) are to be attributed to MP ADVISORS SA pursuant to section
   22 (2) WpHG.

6. On March 8, 2011, Mr Massimo Pedrazzini, Switzerland, has notified us
   pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG that his percentage of voting rights in KHD
   Humboldt Wedag International AG, Cologne, Germany, exceeded the threshold
   of 3% on March 2, 2011, and amounted to 3.0594% (1,520,608 voting rights)
   as per this date. Of these voting rights, a total of 0.0050% (2,500 voting
   rights) are to be attributed to him pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no.
   1 and 3.0544% (1,518,108 voting rights) are to be attributed to him
   pursuant to section 22 (2) WpHG.

7. On March 8, 2011, STERLING STRATEGIC VALUE LIMITED, Road Town, Tortola,
   British Virgin Islands, has notified us pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG
   that its percentage of voting rights in KHD Humboldt Wedag International
   AG, Cologne, Germany, exceeded the threshold of 3% on March 2, 2011, and
   amounted to 3.0594% (1,520,608 voting rights) as per this date. Of these
   voting rights, a total of 0.1320% (65,595 voting rights) are to be
   attributed to STERLING STRATEGIC VALUE LIMITED pursuant to section 22 (2)
   WpHG.

8. On March 8, 2011, GRITLOT LIMITED, Douglas, Isle of Man, has notified us
   pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG that his percentage of voting rights in KHD
   Humboldt Wedag International AG, Cologne, Germany, exceeded the threshold
   of 3% on March 2, 2011, and amounted to 3.0594% (1,520,608 voting rights)
   as per this date. Of these voting rights, a total of 2.9274% (1,455,013
   voting rights) are to be attributed to GRITLOT LIMITED pursuant to section
   22 (1) sent. 1 no. 1 and 0.1320% (65,595 voting rights) are to be
   attributed to GRITLOT LIMITED pursuant to section 22 (2) WpHG.

9. On March 8, 2011, Mr Tito Tettamanti, Switzerland, has notified us
   pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG that his percentage of voting rights in KHD
   Humboldt Wedag International AG, Cologne, Germany, exceeded the thresholds
   of 3% on March 2, 2011, and amounted to 3.0594% (1,520,608 voting rights)
   as per this date. Of these voting rights, a total of 2.9274% (1,455,013
   voting rights) are to be attributed to him pursuant to section 22 (1) sent.
   1 no. 1 and 0.1320% (65,595 voting rights) are to be attributed to him
   pursuant to section 22 (2) WpHG.
