The Executive Board of ELMOS Semiconductor AG announces according to
section 26 WpHG:

JPMorgan Chase Bank, London, UK sent us on March 17, 2011 according to
section 21 (1) WpHG the following notification of voting rights:

On behalf of JPMorgan Asset Management (UK) Limited we announce pursuant to
section 21 sub-section 1 WpHG that on 15 March 2011 JPMorgan Asset
Management (UK) Limited has fallen below the threshold of 3% of the voting
rights and as of this date amounts to 2.97% (575,750 shares) in relation to
all shares of the respective voting shares. All voting rights are
attributed pursuant to section 22 sub-section 1 sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG.
