On March 24, 2011, Mr Heinz Hermann Thiele, Deutschland has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting
Rights on Vossloh AG, Werdohl, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0007667107, WKN:
766710, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on March 22,
2011 and on that day amounted to 3.14% (this corresponds to 464000 Voting
Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 2.20% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 325424 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Thiele.
