Frankfurt/Main, Deutschland has informed us according to Article 21,
Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on CENIT AG,
Stuttgart, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0005407100, WKN: 540710, have fallen below
the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on March 30, 2011 and on that day
amounted to 2.91% (this corresponds to 243857 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 1.04% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 87109 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
