Mr. Heinz Hermann Thiele, Germany, has informed us according to Article 21,
Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on our company have
exceeded the 5 % threshold of the Voting Rights on March 28, 2011 and on
that day amounted to 5,01 % (this corresponds to 741468 Voting Rights).
Of these voting rights, 4,07 % (602892 Voting Rights) are to be attributed
to him pursuant to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1 No. 1 WpHG.
Attributed voting rights are held via the following companies that are
controlled by him and whose holdings of voting rights amount to 3 % each or
more in Vossloh AG: KB Holding GmbH, Stella Vermögensverwaltungs GmbH
