On 29th of March 2011 Amadeus FiRe received the following voting right
announcements:

5. In the name of and on behalf of FIL Investments International,
   Hildenborough, England, UK, we hereby notify you pursuant to section 21 (1)
   WpHG of the following:
   On 24 March 2011 FIL Investments International crossed above the threshold
   of 5% of the voting rights in Amadeus Fire AG, Frankfurt, Germany. On that
   date, FIL Investments International held 6.92% of the voting rights in
   Amadeus Fire AG arising from 359,748 voting rights.
   All voting rights in Amadeus Fire AG were attributed to FIL Investments
   International pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG. The voting
   rights were attributed to FIL Investments International inter alia from
   Fidelity Funds SICAV, being a shareholder holding 3% or more of the voting
   rights in Amadeus Fire AG.

6. In the name of and on behalf of FIL Holdings Limited, Hildenborough,
   England, UK, we hereby notify you pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG of the
   following:
   On 24 March 2011 FIL Holdings Limited crossed above the threshold of 5% of
   the voting rights in Amadeus Fire AG, Frankfurt, Germany. On that date, FIL
   Holdings Limited held 6.92% of the voting rights in Amadeus Fire AG arising
   from 359,748 voting rights.
   All voting rights in Amadeus Fire AG were attributed to FIL Holdings
   Limited pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with
   sent. 2 WpHG. The voting rights were attributed to FIL Holdings Limited
   inter alia from Fidelity Funds SICAV, being a shareholder holding 3% or
   more of the voting rights in Amadeus Fire AG.

7. In the name of and on behalf of FIL Limited, Hamilton, Bermuda we hereby
   notify you pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG of the following:
   On 24 March 2011 FIL Limited crossed above the threshold of 5% of the
   voting rights in Amadeus Fire AG, Frankfurt, Germany. On that date, FIL
   Limited held 6.92% of the voting rights in Amadeus Fire AG arising from
   359,748 voting rights.
   All voting rights in Amadeus Fire AG were attributed to FIL Limited
   pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG. The voting rights were
   attributed to FIL Limited from Fidelity Funds SICAV, being a shareholder
   holding 3% or more of the voting rights in Amadeus Fire AG.

   Luxembourg we hereby notify you pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG of the
   following:
   On 24 March 2011 Fidelity Funds SICAV crossed above the threshold of 5% of
   the voting rights in Amadeus Fire AG, Darmstaedter Landstrasse 116, 60598
   Frankfurt, Germany. On that date, Fidelity Funds SICAV held 6.57% of the
   voting rights in Amadeus Fire AG arising from 341,400 voting rights.
