Nassau, 4 April 2011 - At its meeting today, the Supervisory Board of
Leifheit AG approved the annual financial statements and consolidated
financial statements for the 2010 financial year.

In view of the positive trend in business and the company's excellent
liquidity situation, the Board of Management and Supervisory Board have
decided to propose an increased dividend of EUR 1.00 a share and a special
dividend of EUR 2.00 a share to the Annual General Meeting on 26 May 2011.

The company is publishing details on the annual financial statements and
2010 annual report tomorrow (5 April 2011) at 9.30 a.m.
