On April 04, 2011, BlackRock, Inc., New York, USA has informed us according
to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on
Vossloh AG, Werdohl, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0007667107, WKN: 766710, have
fallen below the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on March 29, 2011 and on
that day amounted to 2.99% (this corresponds to 442690 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with
sentence 2 of the WpHG, 2.99% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to
442690 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company.
