WILEX AG, Grillparzerstr. 10, 81675 Munich, Germany (ISIN DE0006614720, WKN
661472) has received on 4 April 2011 the following voting rights
announcement because of a change of total voting rights:

Notification of voting rights pursuant to section 21 para. 1 WpHG
On 4 April 2011, TVM V Life Science Ventures GmbH & Co. KG, München,
Deutschland has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its Voting Rights on WILEX AG, Munich, Germany, have fallen
below the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on 5 August 2010 and on that
day amounted to 2.75% (this corresponds to 507,248 Voting Rights).

According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 2.75% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 507,248 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company from TVM V Life Science Management GmbH & Co. KG
Munich, Germany.

The fall below the threshold was caused by an increase of WILEX' share
capital to 18,413,035 shares, which was registered on 5 August 2010 in the
Commercial Register.
