On April 07, 2011, Captiva Capital II S.à r.l., Luxemburg, Luxemburg has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on alstria office REIT-AG, Hamburg, Deutschland, have
fallen below the 30% and 25% threshold of the Voting Rights on April 04,
2011 and on that day amounted to 22.66% (this corresponds to 16226468
Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 2 in connection with
sentence 2 of the WpHG, 16.02% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to
11471139 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company from State
Street Administration Services (Ireland) Limited.
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 6.64% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 4755329 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company from Captiva 2 Alstria Holding S.à r.l. via
Captiva Capital Partners II S.C.A..
