informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on alstria office REIT-AG, Hamburg, Deutschland, have
fallen below the 5% and 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on April 04, 2011
and on that day amounted to 1.81% (this corresponds to 1293661 Voting
Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 2 of the WpHG, 1.81% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 1293661 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company from State Street Administration Services
