On April 21, 2011, IPConcept Fund Management S.A., Luxemburg-Strassen,
Luxemburg has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its Voting Rights on ESTAVIS AG, Berlin, Deutschland, have
exceeded the 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on April 19, 2011 and on
that day amounted to 5.5658% (this corresponds to 796984 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 4.6021%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 658984 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company from Flossbach von Storch SICAV.

On April 21, 2011, Flossbach von Storch SICAV, Luxemburg-Strassen,
Luxemburg has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its Voting Rights on ESTAVIS AG, Berlin, Deutschland, have
exceeded the 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on April 20, 2011 and on
that day amounted to 5.6636% (this corresponds to 810984 Voting Rights).
