MEAG MUNICH ERGO AssetManagement GmbH, Munich, Germany, has informed us
that its share of voting rights in JENOPTIK AG has fallen below the
thresholds of 5% and 3% on April 19, 2011. MEAG MUNICH ERGO AssetManagement
GmbH held 1.40% of the voting rights (800,644 shares) at this day.
1.40% of the voting rights (800,644 shares) were attributable to MEAG
MUNICH ERGO AssetManagement GmbH pursuant to § 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6
WpHG in connection with § 22 para. 1 sent. 2 WpHG.
