according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES AG, Kahl am Main, Deutschland, have fallen
below the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on April 29, 2011 and on that
day amounted to 2.9963 % (this corresponds to 1230002 Voting Rights).
