Uns wurde mit Schreiben vom 05. Mai 2011 folgendes mitgeteilt:

In the name and on behalf of FMR LLC, Boston, Massachusetts, USA we hereby
notify you pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG of the following:

On 29 April 2011 the voting rights held by FMR LLC fell below the threshold
of 3% of the voting rights in MTU Aero Engines Holdings AG, Dachauer Street
665, 80995 Munich, Germany. On that date, FMR LLC held 1.94% of the voting
rights in MTU Aero Engines Holdings AG, arising from 1,006,460 voting
rights.

All voting rights in MTU Aero Engines Holdings AG were attributed to FMR
LLC pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2
WpHG.
