On May 10, 2011, IPConcept Fund Management S.A., Luxemburg-Strassen,
Luxemburg has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its Voting Rights on ESTAVIS AG, Berlin, Deutschland, have
exceeded the 10% threshold of the Voting Rights on May 09, 2011 and on that
day amounted to 10.18% (this corresponds to 1457028 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 8.62% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 1234028 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company from Flossbach von Storch SICAV (ehemals FvS
Strategie SICAV).
