On May 19, 2011, Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft, Frankfurt am Main,
Deutschland has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its Voting Rights on HCI Capital AG, Hamburg, Deutschland,
have exceeded the 3%, 5%, 10%, 15% and 20% threshold of the Voting Rights
on May 17, 2011 and on that day amounted to 22.21% (this corresponds to
8149644 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 2 of the WpHG, 2.18% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 801044 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
