pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG that his percentage of voting rights in KHD
Humboldt Wedag International AG, Cologne, Germany, exceeded the thresholds
of 5% on May 18, 2011, and amounted to 5.0268% (2,498,475 voting rights) as
per this date. Of these voting rights, a total of 4.8948% (2,432,880 voting
rights) are to be attributed to him pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no.
1 and 0.1320% (65,595 voting rights) are to be attributed to him pursuant
to section 22 (2) WpHG.
Attributed voting rights are held via the following companies that are
controlled by Tito Tettamanti and whose holdings of voting rights amount to
3% each or more in KHD Humboldt Wedag International AG:
