Reference is made to the following entities' voting rights announcement
pursuant to Section 21 and 22 of the German Securities Trading Act
(Wertpapierhandelsgesetz - WpHG) dated 28 April 2011.

Corsair Capital LLC, Corsair III Offshore Management L.P., Corsair III
Financial Services Offshore Capital Partners L.P., Corsair III Finance
Europe S.à r.l., Corsair III Investments International S.à r.l., Corsair
III Participations S.à r.l., Corsair III Benelux Investments S.à r.l.,
Corsair III European Investments S.à r.l. and Corsair III Investments
(Luxembourg) S.à r.l. (collectively the 'Corsair Companies') notified us
pursuant to Section 27a WpHG of the following with regard to HCI Capital
AG, Hamburg, Germany:

1. The shareholding in HCI Capital AG does not serve the realization of
   strategic objectives but primarily serves the realization of commercial
   profits.

2. The threshold mentioned in the voting rights announcement dated 28 April
   2011 was surpassed due to the attribution of voting rights of third parties
   to the Corsair Companies according to Section 22, para. 1, sentence 1 No.
   1, para. 3 WpHG and Section 22, para. 2 sentence 1, para. 3 WpHG. If these
   third parties will acquire further voting rights in HCI Capital AG in the
   next 12 months and if the structure for the attribution of voting rights to
   the Corsair Companies remains unchanged, these newly acquired voting rights
   will be attributed to the Corsair Companies as well.

3. The Corsair Companies do not seek to take influence on the appointment
   of members of the management board and/or the supervisory board of HCI
   Capital AG.

4. The Corsair Companies do not intend to fundamentally change the capital
   structure of HCI Capital AG.

5. Since the voting rights have been attributed to the Corsair Companies
   according to Section 22, para. 1, sentence 1 No. 1, para. 3 WpHG and
   Section 22, para. 2 sentence 1, para. 3 WpHG no funds were employed to
   acquire such voting rights.
