On May 23, 2011, LBBW Asset Management Investmentgesellschaft mbH,
Kronenstraße 20, 70173 Stuttgart, Deutschland has informed us according to
Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on
REALTECH AG, Walldorf, Deutschland, have exceeded the 5% threshold of the
Voting Rights on May 18, 2011 and on that day amounted to 5.39% (this
corresponds to 290000 Voting Rights). According to Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 5.39% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds
to 290000 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company from
Baden-Württembergische Versorgungsanstalt für Ärzte, Zahn- und Tierärzte.
