informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on Amadeus FiRe AG, Frankfurt, Deutschland, have exceeded
the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on May 19, 2011 and on that day
amounted to 3.847% (this corresponds to 200000 Voting Rights).
