On June 14, 2011, MPC Münchmeyer Petersen & Co. GmbH, Hamburg, Deutschland
has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via
shares its Voting Rights on HCI Capital AG, Hamburg, Deutschland, have
exceeded the 50% threshold of the Voting Rights on June 09, 2011 and on
that day amounted to 52.26% (this corresponds to 19175747 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 26.68%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 9791182 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company via MPC Münchmeyer Petersen Capital AG.
According to Article 22, Section 2, WpHG, 25.58% of the Voting Rights (this
corresponds to 9384565 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company
from Döhle ICL Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH.
