ANNOUNCEMENT

The company ISCHIS INVESTMENTS PUBLIC LTD, within the framework of compliance with the obligations of the Corporate Governance Code of the CSE, wishes to announce that it has not adopted any special provisions in relation to the remuneration policy for the Executive Directors, since the remuneration of the Executive Director remains at the same levels as the remuneration of the remaining members of the Board of Directors, as follows:
