Pursuant to Section 30 of the consolidated Act no. 198 of 26 February 2024 on capital markets, Topdanmark A/S hereby announces that on 16 September 2024, Topdanmark A/S has received notification from Sampo plc regarding voting rights and share capital.

Sampo plc has announced that Sampo plc holds 82,583,943 shares in Topdanmark A/S equivalent to approx. 91.76% of the total share capital, and approx. 91.76% of the total voting rights. Excluding treasury shares amounting to 802,192, Sampo plc holds approx. 92.59% of the total share capital and approx. 92.59% of the total voting rights of Topdanmark A/S.
