informed us that its share of voting rights in JENOPTIK AG has exceeded the
thresholds of 3% and 5% on June 16, 2011. MEAG MUNICH ERGO
Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH held 6.62% of the voting rights (3,790,528
shares) at this day.
6.62% of the voting rights (3,790,528 shares) were attributable to MEAG
MUNICH ERGO Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH pursuant to § 22 para. 1 sent. 1
