Augsburg, June 28, 2011. PATRIZIA Immobilien AG (ISIN DE000PAT1AG3) today announced that the Supervisory Board had unanimously extended the Management Board contract of the CEO Wolfgang Egger by another five years until June 30, 2016.

This secures continuity in the management of the Company. It enables Wolfgang Egger, the founder and CEO of PATRIZIA Immobilien AG, to continue shaping the company's strategy.
