according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES AG, Kahl am Main, Deutschland, have
exceeded the 3,5,10 und 15 % threshold of the Voting Rights on June 22,
2011 and on that day amounted to 16.10% (this corresponds to 7880203 Voting
Rights).

On June 24, 2011, equinet Bank AG, Frankfurt, Deutschland has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES AG, Kahl am Main, Deutschland, have fallen
