Thüringer Industriebeteiligungs GmbH & Co. KG, Erfurt, Germany, has
informed us on July 5, 2011 that its share of voting rights in JENOPTIK AG
increased above the thresholds of 3%, 5% and 10% on June 30, 2011. At this
day, Thüringer Industriebeteiligungs GmbH & Co. KG held 11.00 % of the
voting rights (6,296,193 shares).
