The Stiftung für Unternehmensbeteiligungen und -förderungen in der
gewerblichen Wirtschaft Thüringens, Erfurt, Germany, has informed us on
July 4, 2011 that its share of voting rights in JENOPTIK AG increased above
the thresholds of 3%, 5% and 10% on June 30, 2011. At this day, the
Stiftung für Unternehmensbeteiligungen und -förderungen in der gewerblichen
Wirtschaft Thüringens held 11.00 % of the voting rights (6,296,193 shares).
11.00% of the voting rights (6,296,193 shares) were attributable to
Stiftung für Unternehmensbeteiligungen und -förderungen in der gewerblichen
Wirtschaft Thüringens pursuant to § 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG through
Thüringer Industriebeteiligungs GmbH & Co.KG and die Thüringer
Industriebeteiligungsgeschäftsführungs GmbH.
