   notified us pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG that its percentage of voting
   rights in KHD Humboldt Wedag International AG, Cologne, Germany, exceeded
   the threshold of 3% on May 30, 2011, and amounted to 3.03% (1,506,343
   voting rights) as per this date. Of these voting rights, a total of 3.03%
   (1,506,343 voting rights) are to be attributed to Varna Capital Management
   LLC pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG.

2. On July 6, 2011, Mrs. Svetlana Lee, New York, USA, has notified us
   pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG that her percentage of voting rights in KHD
   Humboldt Wedag International AG, Cologne, Germany, exceeded the threshold
   of 3% on May 30, 2011, and amounted to 3.03% (1,506,343 voting rights) as
   per this date. Of these voting rights, a total of 3.03% (1,506,343 voting
   rights) are to be attributed to her pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no.
