The Executive Board of ELMOS Semiconductor AG announces according to
section 26 WpHG:

FPM Funds SICAV, Luxembourg, Luxembourg, provided us on July 12, 2011
according to section 21 (1) WpHG the following notification of voting
rights:

We hereby inform you in the name and on behalf of FPM Funds SICAV,
Luxembourg, Luxembourg, pursuant to Section 21 para. 1 sentence 1 WpHG,
that the voting rights of FPM Funds SICAV crossed above the threshold of 3%
on 30 June 2011 and amounts to 3.011% (584,531 voting rights) in Elmos
Semiconductor AG, Heinrich-Hertz-Str. 1, 44227 Dortmund, Germany as per
this date.
