On July 14, 2011, Altira Heliad Management GmbH, Frankfurt am Main,
Deutschland has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its Voting Rights on MAGNAT Real Estate AG, Frankfurt am
Main, Deutschland, have fallen below the 5% and 3% threshold of the Voting
Rights on November 23, 2009 and on that day amounted to 2.27% (this
corresponds to 315000 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 1.13% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 157500 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company from Heliad Equity Partners GmbH & Co. KGaA.
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 1.13% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 157500 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company from Heliad Investments Ltd..
