On July 18, 2011, Mr Christian Dreyer, Österreich has informed us according
to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on
GCI Industrie AG, München, Deutschland, have fallen below the 20% and 15%
threshold of the Voting Rights on July 18, 2011 and on that day amounted to
13.10% (this corresponds to 3799448 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 13.10%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 3799448 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Dreyer.
