1. On July 20, 2011, KB Holding GmbH, Grünwald, Germany, has informed us
   according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
   Rights on Vossloh AG, Werdohl, Germany, ISIN: DE0007667107, WKN: 766710,
   have exceeded the 10% threshold of the Voting Rights on July 18, 2011 and
   on that day amounted to 10.24% (this corresponds to 1,515,761 Voting
   Rights).

2. On July 20, 2011, Stella Vermögensverwaltungs GmbH, Grünwald, Germany,
   has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via
   shares its Voting Rights on Vossloh AG, Werdohl, Germany, ISIN:
   DE0007667107, WKN: 766710, have exceeded the 10% threshold of the Voting
   Rights on July 18, 2011 and on that day amounted to 10.24% (this
   corresponds to 1,515,761 Voting Rights).
   According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 10.24%
   of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 1,515,761 Voting Rights) are to
   be attributed to the company.
   Attributed voting rights are held via the following companies that are
   controlled by it and whose holdings of voting rights amount to 3% each or
   more in Vossloh AG: KB Holding GmbH

3. On July 20, 2011, Mr. Heinz Hermann Thiele, Germany, has informed us
   according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting
   Rights on our company have exceeded the 15% threshold of the Voting Rights
   on July 18, 2011 and on that day amounted to 15.29% (this corresponds to
   2,262,918 Voting Rights).
   Of these voting rights, 10.24% (1,515,761 Voting Rights) are to be
   attributed to him pursuant to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1 No. 1 WpHG.
   Attributed voting rights are held via the following companies that are
   controlled by him and whose holdings of voting rights amount to 3% each or
   more in Vossloh AG: KB Holding GmbH, Stella Vermögensverwaltungs GmbH
