On July 15th Mr. Antoine Dréan, France, informed us according to Articles
21 Section1; 22 Section 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG that via shares the voting
rights of Mr. Antoine Drean on Gigaset AG, Munich, ISIN DE 0005156004, WKN
515600, have exceeded the 5% limit of the Voting Rights on July 12th 2011
and amounted on that day to 5.19% (this correspondents to 2 596 206 Voting
Rights).

These 5.19% Voting Rights (this corresponds to 2 596 206 Voting Rights)
have to be attributed to Mr. Antoine Dréan according to Article 22 Section
1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG and are held by the following companies controlled
by Mr. Antoine Dréan:

On July 18th Elevon Invest SARL (former Mantra Holdings SARL), Paris,
France, informed us according to Articles 21 Section1; 22 Section 1
sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG that via shares the voting rights of Elevon Invest
SARL on Gigaset AG, Munich, ISIN DE 0005156004, WKN 515600, have exceeded
the 5% limit of the Voting Rights on July 12th 2011 and amounted on that
day to 5.19% (this correspondents to 2 596 206 Voting Rights).

These 5.19% Voting Rights (this corresponds to 2 596 206 Voting Rights)
have to be attributed to Elevon Invest SARL according to Article 22 Section
1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG and are held by the following companies controlled
by Elevon Invest SARL:

0005156004, WKN 515600, have exceeded the 5% limit of the Voting Rights on
July 12th 2011 and amounted on that day to 5.19% (this correspondents to 2
