On July 21, 2011, Altira Aktiengesellschaft, Frankfurt am Main, Deutschland
has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via
shares its Voting Rights on MAGNAT Real Estate AG, Frankfurt am Main,
Deutschland, have exceeded the 15% threshold of the Voting Rights on
November 23, 2009 and on that day amounted to 17.90% (this corresponds to
2486955 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 1.13% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 157500 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company from Heliad Equity Partners GmbH & Co. KGaA via
Altira Heliad Management GmbH.
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 1.13% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 157500 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company from Heliad Investments Ltd. via Altira Heliad
Management GmbH.
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 2.83% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 392548 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company from TIG Themis Industries Group GmbH & Co. KGaA
via Altira TIG Management GmbH.
