us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its
Voting Rights on Amadeus FiRe AG, Frankfurt, Deutschland, have exceeded the
3% threshold of the Voting Rights on July 21, 2011 and on that day amounted
to 4.74% (this corresponds to 246185 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 4.74% of
