BlackRock Investment Management (UK) Limited, London, Großbritannien, hat
uns mit Schreiben vom 28. Juli 2011 die folgende Mitteilung gemacht:

'1. We would hereby like to inform you pursuant to Sections 21 Paragraph 1
WpHG that the percentage holding of the voting rights of BlackRock, Inc.,
New York, USA, in Bilfinger Berger SE fell below the threshold of 5% on
27.07.2011 and amounts to 4,90% (2,256,806 voting shares) on that day.

All of the voting rights are attributable to BlackRock, Inc. pursuant to
Section 22 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 no. 6 in connection with sentence 2 WpHG.

1. We would hereby like to inform you pursuant to Section 21 Paragraph 1
   WpHG that the percentage holding of the voting rights of BlackRock Holdco
   2, Inc., Wilmington, USA, in Bilfinger Berger SE fell below the threshold
   of
   5% on 27.07.2011 and amounts to 4.89% (2,252,430 voting shares) on that
   day.

All of the voting rights are attributable to BlackRock Holdco 2, Inc.
pursuant to Section 22 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 no. 6 in connection with
sentence 2 WpHG.

1. We would hereby like to inform you pursuant to Section 21 Paragraph 1
   WpHG that the percentage holding of the voting rights of BlackRock
   Financial Management, Inc., New York, USA, in Bilfinger Berger SE fell
   below
   the threshold of 5% on 27.07.2011 and amounts to 4.89% (2,252,430 voting
   shares) on that day.

All of the voting rights are attributable to BlackRock Financial
Management, Inc. pursuant to Section 22 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 no. 6 in
connection with sentence 2 WpHG.'
