Correction of the Voting Rights Announcement as of August 1st, 2011,

On July 28, 2011, Elliston Properties Ltd, Nassau, Bahamas, has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on ESTAVIS AG, Berlin, Deutschland, have fallen below the 5% and 3%
threshold of the Voting Rights on July 25, 2011 and on that day amounted to
2.79% (this corresponds to 400000 Voting Rights).

On July 28, 2011, Kateryna Lakhovska, Ukraine, has informed us according to
Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares her Voting Rights on
ESTAVIS AG, Berlin, Deutschland, have fallen below the 5% and 3% threshold
of the Voting Rights on July 25, 2011 and on that day amounted to 2.79%
(this corresponds to 400000 Voting Rights). 2,79 % of the voting rights
(this corresponds to 400000 Voting Rights) are attributable to Kateryna
Lakhovska according to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1 no. 1 of the WpHG.
