On August 4, 2011, PGGM Coöperatie U.A., Zeist, The Netherlands has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on alstria office REIT-AG, Hamburg, Germany have exceeded
the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on March 30, 2011 and on that day
amounted to 3.97% (this corresponds to 2844809 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 3.97% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 2844809 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company from Stichting PGGM Depositary.

The announcement is a correction of the notification of Voting Rights
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG dated May 4, 2011 which we
had published according to Article 26, Section 1 of the WpHG on May 5,
2011.
