   WpHG that on 17.08.2011 the voting rights in MTU Aero Engines Holding AG
   fell below the threshold of 3% and amount to 2.99% (1,555,009 voting
   rights) as per this date.

These voting rights are attributable to BlackRock, Inc. pursuant to sec. 22
para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2 WpHG.

1. BlackRock Holdco 2, Inc., Wilmington, Delaware, USA, gives notice
   pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG that on 17.08.2011 the voting rights in
   MTU Aero Engines Holding AG fell below the threshold of 3% and amount to
   2.99% (1,555,009 voting rights) as per this date.

These voting rights are attributable to BlackRock Holdco 2, Inc. pursuant
to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2 WpHG.

1. BlackRock Financial Management, Inc., New York, USA, gives notice
   pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG that on 17.08.2011 the voting rights in
   MTU Aero Engines Holding AG fell below the threshold of 3% and amount to
   2.99% (1,555,009 voting rights) as per this date.

These voting rights are attributable to BlackRock Financial Management,
Inc. pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2
