On October 21, 2011, Allianz Global Investors Kapitalanlagegesellschaft
mbH, Frankfurt am Main, Deutschland has informed us according to Article
21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on United
Internet AG, Montabaur, Deutschland, have fallen below the 3% threshold of
the Voting Rights on October 21, 2011 and on that day amounted to 2.996%
(this corresponds to 6441418 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 1.34% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 2888474 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
