Germany, on WILEX AG, Munich, Germany, have fallen below the 3% threshold
of the Voting Rights on 5 August 2010 and amounted to 2.75% (this
corresponds to 507,248 Voting Rights).
The Voting Rights of TVM V Life Science Management GmbH & Co. KG Munich,
Germany, on WILEX AG, Munich, Germany, have fallen below the 3% threshold
of the Voting Rights on 5 August 2010 and amounted to 2.75% (this
corresponds to 507,248 Voting Rights). According to Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, these Voting Rights are to be attributed to
the company from TVM V Life Science Ventures GmbH & Co. KG, Munich,
Germany.
The fall below the threshold was caused by an increase of WILEX' share
capital to 18,413,035 shares, which was registered on 5 August 2010 in the
Commercial Register.
