us according to article 21, section 1 of the WpHG that its voting rights on
First Sensor AG, Berlin, Germany have exceeded the threshold of 3 %, 5 %,
10 %, 15 %, 20 %, 25 % and 30 % on October 25, 2011 and amounts to 32.68 %
(3,217,074 voting rights) as per this date.

Furthermore, on October 26, 2011, M.M. Warburg & CO KGaA, Hamburg, Germany,
has notified us according to article 21, section 1 of the WpHG that the
voting rights of M.M. Warburg & CO Gruppe (GmbH & Co.) KGaA, Hamburg,
Germany on First Sensor AG, Berlin, Germany have exceeded the threshold of
3 %, 5 %, 10 %, 15 %, 20 %, 25 % and 30 % on October 25, 2011 and amounts
to 32.68 % (3,217,074 voting rights) as per this date. All voting rights
are attributed to M.M. Warburg & CO Gruppe (GmbH & Co.) KGaA by M.M.
Warburg & CO KGaA according to article 22, section 1, sentence 1, no. 1 of
the WpHG. The name of the controlled company is M.M. Warburg & CO KGaA.

us according to article 21, section 1 of the WpHG that its voting rights on
First Sensor AG, Berlin, Germany have fallen below the threshold of 30 %,
25 %, 20 %, 15 %, 10 %, 5 % and 3 % on October 28, 2011 and amounts to 0.00
% (0 voting rights) as per this date.

Furthermore, on October 31, 2011 M.M. Warburg & CO KGaA, Hamburg, Germany,
has notified us according to article 21, section 1 of the WpHG that the
voting rights of M.M. Warburg & CO Gruppe (GmbH & Co.) KGaA, Hamburg,
Germany on First Sensor AG, Berlin, Germany have fallen below the threshold
of 30 %, 25 %, 20 %, 15 %, 10 %, 5 % and 3 % on October 28, 2011 and
amounts to 0.00 % (0 voting rights) as per this date. All voting rights are
attributed to M.M. Warburg & CO Gruppe (GmbH & Co.) KGaA by M.M. Warburg &
CO KGaA according to article 22, section 1, sentence 1, no. 1 of the WpHG.
