Cologne, November 3, 2011 - KHD Humboldt Wedag International AG (KHD), one
of the leading suppliers of plant and services for the cement industry, has
announced today that previously projected revenues (August 2011) of EUR 270
million for the 2011 financial year will not be reached. Uncertainty in
some markets, in particular India, has led to lower cement demand and thus
customer postponements in project execution. Nevertheless KHD retains its
EBIT guidance of EUR 16 - EUR 19 million for the current financial year.
KHD will publish Q3 2011 financial results on November 11, 2011.
